The operation Chance4Change, which is being implemented in the frame of the OP SI-AT 2007-2013, announces its second International Conference. At the event, taking place under the title "The Quest of Happiness", on 19 June 2013 in the Hotel Habakuk in Maribor, Slovenia, scientists and practitioners in the field of welfare will discuss the following topics: happiness in regional and cross-border policies, happiness at the workplace in cross-border regions, and ethics and economic development.
