In the frame of the Operational programme Slovenia-Austria 2007-2013 the 9th issue of the E-newsletter »OP-S-A« has been published.
The Representatives of the Ministry for EU Integration of the Republic of Albania are in the context of the preparation of the Albanian institutions to implement cross-border programs in the programme period 2014-2020 on a three-day study visit to Slovenia. During the visit to the Government Office for Development and European cohesion policy (GOSP) the participants were acquainted with the experiences of the Slovenian programme partners concerning the European Territorial Cooperation programmes. Today, the guests from Albania together with the programme manager of the Operational Programme Slovenia-Austria (OP SI-AT) 2007-2013, a member of the Joint Technical Secretariat of the OP SI-AT 2007-2013 and the project partners, visited Bled to see the results of the project Nature Experience which is carried out in the frame of the OP SI-AT 2007-2013 and thus also got an insight into the activities of the project partners concerning the implementation of cross-border cooperation projects.
The Cross-border Cooperation Programme Interreg V-A Slovenia-Austria 2014-2020 is being prepared by the representatives of both Member States (Task Force) considering the national/regional needs of both Member States in the cross-border programme area. The main parts of the programme’s content have already been defined in line with the rules and principles of the governing European Regulations. We hereby give all interested parties the opportunity to comment on the draft Cooperation Programme by filling in the provided form by 9 January 2015 at the latest. The comments received in the frame of the consultation procedure will be used (if appropriate) to refine the Draft Cooperation Programme document before its submission to the European Commission for approval.
