We would like to inform you that on the basis of the Decree on the establishment and functions of the Government Office of the Republic of Slovenia for Development and European Cohesion Policy by the Government of the Republic of Slovenia at its session on 27 February 2014 issued and published it in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 15/14), the Government Office of the Republic of Slovenia for Development and European Cohesion Policy (GODC), led by State Secretary Andrea Kert, was established on 1 March 2014. The new government office is responsible for the areas of European Cohesion Policy and Development and consists of three main offices: the Cohesion Policy Office, the European Territorial Cooperation and Financial Mechanisms Office and the Technical Assistance and General Affairs Office. More information about the new government office is available on the website of the GODC. In the framework of the Office for European Territorial Cooperation and Financial Mechanisms, the GODC by that date took over the role of Managing Authority for the Operational Programme of cross-border cooperation between Slovenia and Austria in the programming period 2007-2013. According to the change please be aware to replace the logos of the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology with the new logos of the GODC which are attached to this notice.
